HP Pavilion Desktop - 510-p136
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to reset my HP computer using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, I get an error saying that my PC has an incorrect brand name, and it says, "Next Step: Check Model Name or Feature Byte.", I try to change the feature byte to the original one, (sense the one currently changed) using the HP BIOS Configuration Utility, but the problem is that it is saying "Access Denied" as the error with a returning code 6. Can someone help me with this problem?

Hi:

Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone here that can help you get the cloud recovery tool to work after getting an error like that.

However, you can always clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

But I want to have the drivers, and the software that came with the computer, not all of the software that came with the computer is in the HP Pavilion Desktop - 510-p136 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support website.
