Does anyone have any idea when HP is going to fix this Hp One Agent? Is becoming a headache now. This is getting very silly now. A lot of people having problems with this and nothing from HP so far. Thank you.

Hi! Autoruns could not get rid of HP One Agent! Tried it twice unless you tell exactly what you did. I think it's time for HP to acknowledge this problem and have  a solution and fix this! It's very annoying already! Thanks again

As far as I remember (but I tried plenty of things) : run autoruns in admin mode, Everything tab, delete all lines with HP One Agent. Reboot.

Another way to get rid of the constant reconfigurations is to call up the Windows Task Scheduler, (Enter Task Scheduler in the search box) then click on Libraries (left side of the screen).  You should see a task called "HpOneAgentRepairTask".  Click on that to highlight it, then right click it, and then click on "Disable" from the drop down list.

This will prevent One Agent from constantly refiguring.

The reference to this appeared on this page:  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Software-and-How-To-Questions/What-exactly-is-quot-HP-One-Agen...

Hope this helps.
