Hi I have a Hp Stream I have not used in awhile and would like to login to it. I have reset my Microsoft password so I can login to it…the only problem is when I go to connect to Wi-Fi it says no connections are available so I cannot login with the new password it still says to login with the last password used on the laptop, is there any way to resolve this? I have searched many places on online for how to resolve this but I can’t find anything to and I have tried troubleshooting but everything needs a password and a connection to Wi-Fi.

@8595Supp -- when I go to connect to Wi-Fi it says no connections are available so I cannot login with the new password it still says to login with the last password used on the laptop
Does your computer have a button, or a slider-switch, to enable/disable WiFi? Have you disabled WiFi?
Have you changed the password for your WiFi network since the last time you used this computer?
Can you connect an Ethernet cable between your computer and your router, to connect via Ethernet, instead of failing to connect via WiFi?
Without an Internet connection, your computer cannot connect to Microsoft, to verify your Microsoft ID and your "new" password.
As it says, try to logon "locally" to your computer, using the previous password.
The disk-drive on your computer may be holding that password.
But, the best suggestion is to connect via Ethernet.
