I HAVE AN Hp Pavillion that was purchased on 11/25/2022  at Best Buy. The Screen has Bit Locker wnter the recoveRey key when i try to enter it it will not accept letters only numbers. Ive tries to make a ticket and it says that the sn is Not supported and will not let me continue with with out it SN: [Personal Information Removed]

Product Id 577B5AA#ABA.  I need my computer.

When i googled HP customer support, i called the first number thinking it was HP. They wanted a lot of money..  Please help! My number is 409 223 8269. Thank you.
