I can’t enter my pro book laptop I keep getting to the enter password keyboard layout screen

I haven’t used my laptop for 2 months and now when I try too use when I boot it up it goes to a white screen where all it says is enter password and keyboard layout and I forgot my password I tried every solution I found on YouTube and from google 

while it is turning on keep pressing ESC button or f11 button so it can get to a blue screen so I can completely reset my laptop to remove everything every password soo I can start from the beginning and write down all the new passwords please someone help me
