Touchsmart 600-1000
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My computer acts like it is going to start.  Windows shows loading and then the screen either goes blue or black.  I ran diagnostics and it states.  Error Code BioHD - 3.  No bootable drives detected.

Also on the back of the screen it has 600-1000 but when I type in the serial number into this website.  The system tells me that it is a 600-1100.  Also, not sure about the Windows 7 64 bit.  I know it is Windows 7, but not sure which version.

I need to copy files off of my computer.  Can I restore it?  Thank you.

@hp309 I suggest making use of the HP recovery media to create a backup (if possible) use this link for details: click here, if that doesn't help I'm afraid the only other option is to use an HP Recovery media, if nothing works, you'll need to get the hard driver repaired or replaced as it doesn't seem to be getting detected, try reseating it once, if you are comfortable.
