Hi

 

I have tried to reset the computer as it won't boot properly and now goes to a transparent white screen (and i get a "windows process not working" type message. However, the recovery software won't allow me to recover or reset. I need to reset to a clean machine as want to recyle it - i have had to buy a new machine due to this problem.

 

Please advise how i can get the pc wiped/re-imaged/reset.
