I cant fix the error ,,Non-system disk or disk error,,

     Well hello there, i need help for a anoyng problem. When i turn on the pc  windows is not boot but the pc is show me a error named ,,Non-System disk or disk error,,. Is the first time in my life when i ecounter this error another think i want to say is the hard disk wast damanged in any ways all i remmeber was i set the primary partition to be active but after i restart the pc this error is appear. A this moment the hard disk is empty because i clean up with windows instaler. Now i cant make any progres because my windows was is in a usb. (Sorry if my english is broken i dont know english 100%)

In OEM PCs that came with Win7, nearly always, there was a System Reserved partition (typically 100MB) that contained the Boot Loader files and IT was marked as Active, not the OS partition.

IF you manually changed that to force the OS partition to be Active, you messed up the boot yourself.

You said you also used the Windows Installer to format the drive -- but it should have then continued and installed Windows to the drive.

You said your Windows was "in a USB" -- does this means the Win7 install media is a USB stick?  If so, you simply boot from that and redo the installation.

However, if your PC will not boot from USB (and some older PCs will not), then you have a major problem because you need that install media on a DVD, not a USB stick.

However, if you have access to a PC that can (1) read a USB stick, and (2) burn a DVD, then you can accomplish this as follows:

1) Create a folder on the hard drive of another PC to hold the contents of the USB stick

2) Copy the contents of the USB stick to that folder

3) Insert a blank DVD into that PC

4) From this thread, pick the free DVD burner you want, download and install it on your PC, and use it to burn a DVD:  https://www.techradar.com/best/the-best-free-dvd-burner

5) Boot your PC from the DVD and install Windows -- you will need to write down the product key on the sticker on your PC as you will need that to activate Win7.

Sir, good news pc is detect the dvd but now i found another problem the error ,,A require cd/dvd error drive device drive is missing,, all i know is i allready had a boot partition with all stuffs for boot but is still give me the error, im gona come back later, is middle of night and i cant stay with eye in laptop and pc. Aloha
