Greetings @Almeqballi889

I have never seen HP Diagnostics detect zero storage devices. That is really strange since you can use Windows with Intel graphics.

Im guessing this is new and there is no fix to this issue but there is a way for everything so if i can just go to the desktop and disable the gpu from device manager since i cant in recovery.

Sorry to see this.

I thought you could run Windows when using Intel graphics.

You would need to examine any disks and partitions detected in the WinRE using an admin command prompt.

HP Diagnostics detects no storage devices.

I really don't know what is going on. I think you have a hardware problem. There is a limit as to what can be accomplished in a Forum.

I suggest having a local PC Tech take a look or contact HP Support if your PC is in warranty.

My pleasure.

Not knowing the status of the system disk is a problem. Plus it is uncertain if the Nvidia GPU is okay. Or you may need the latest Nvidia driver. Or you need the latest HP BIOS update.

There are too many variables to isolate the cause of the problem.

Again, I would first replace the system disk and reinstall Windows. And there is no guarantee this fixes the problem.

The data on the current HP drive may be recoverable by connecting the drive to a second PC or this PC, using a USB adapter, after replacing this drive.

Understood and i will probably go to a shop and let him repair the computer since im not a professional

But if there is a way to fix it with the built in fixes i would

Thank you again.
