Greetings @Almeqballi889

Welcome to the HP Forum.

It looks like you cannot run Windows as you get a Critical_Process_Died error every time you start the PC. Is this correct?

You also state you have tried everything to fix the PC.

I would guess you might have some type of hardware problem such as a failing system disk or a possible memory problem since you have reinstalled Windows many times.

Have you run HP Hardware Diagnostics at startup?

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key to view the UEFI Startup Menu.

Select "F2". Run system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem. Run extensive tests.

There is a recent BIOS update for your PC Here that might be able to be installed outside of the operating system. But it is not a good idea to try a BIOS update when the PC is unstable due to possible hardware problems.

You would need a local PC Tech to check the PC's hardware if you can't get to the UEFI Startup Menu.

I did run the diagnostic checks and when i click f11 on the uefi menu it says system32/srt/srttrail.txt and i wont be able to click on anything except to return on the recovery menu and it happens every 1 month after i reinstall the windows i have an nvidia gefore mx110 driver which keeps crashing so i am forced to use the intergrated gpu which is intel uhd 630

Did you successfully ran Diagnostics? If so, did you get a pass on all components or a fail on any components?

The srttrail.txt error is an issue with the automatic repair system.

I can only guess, using the info you are providing, the Nvidia MX110 GPU may have a problem.

Is the PC stable when using onboard Intel graphics?

The intergrated graphics is stable and it doesnt have any problems but the nvidia gpu crashes and goes to a blue screen and all the diagnostic tests were positive but when i click on the storage tests it says No storage installed.

Thanks for the additional info.

I would say the Nvidia GPU has a problem if you are installing the latest W11 Nvidia drivers for the MX110 available Here.

Sorry, I missed the no storage diagnostics error.

That would be a problem. HP Diagnostics should detect a storage device.

Oh so the gpu and the storage are the problem but i was not having problems with the storage before like when i was able to access the computer

You could test storage devices in Windows to confirm a drive problem using Crystal Disk Mark and Crystal Disk Info.

I would back up data and replace the system disk if this drive has failed or is failing.

Reinstall Windows on the new drive. Then check for stability.

Same symptom, when using Nvidia graphics, after doing the above would indicate an additional  GPU problem.
