How can I actually speak or chat with a live person? I have 2 desktops that need repaired under factory warranty and all the service centers it shows on the website don't actually fix desktops. I need these repaired but I just keep going around in circles. Please help.

Please check the details on your warranty https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
world wide contacts https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
Possibly online may be better
1) Click on this link -
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
I am going to make a guess based on my experience with Microsoft and Dell products:
If your laptop needs service they will mail you a box and you put your laptop in it and mail it back.
If a desktop then they will email you a label (or just an RMA) and you find your own box and bubble wrap, buy your own stamps, pay for insurance and mail it back.
If the system works well enough to get on the internet then a technician can take control of it and download something that will fix the software problem.
