I have a laptop HP ENVY x2 - 12-e091ms Serial no <Removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information> Product no 3SR51UA, need OS Recovery media, when I try HP Cloud Recovery tool and put product no in search option then showing error Product id does not match or is invalid please contact HP support,

please help to download recovery media to install OS in my laptop

this laptop process is snapdragon ( TM ) 835,

I have try lost of ARM OS from other sources but is showing blue error

HP has removed cloud recovery support for your notebook since it is more than 5 years old (manufactured in 2018).

The only place I know of where you can order a recovery kit for your notebook would be from this vendor at the link below:

Otherwise you can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
