my system failed to bootup only to the diagnostic page so when i try to choose any option dealing with recovery it tell me that there was a problem and retry, that is the loop i am stuck in, i want to purchase the recovery system if it's available.

and put in your product ID including the letters after the # character

 

Do not attempt to install or update anything if you are failing diagnostics.  Be sure the hard drive is ok.

 

Post back if there is no cloud support or you want to try to recover important documents instead of a quick replacement

Thank you BeemerBiker, i tried that but it did not work, called tech support and they sold me the recovery usb drive should be here in a few days.
