Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone in customer service contact me about my order. I was told to make a clam with fedex and go file a police report in the middle of a pandemic. I did everything they asked and now I have yet to receive any follow up and I get a run around when I call in.  Please help.  This has been happening since December.
