I am try to go to the UEFI firmware settings in advanced startup (restart button). When I click it, my monitor turns off and my computer is on but my monitor is off. Nothing really happens for at least 5 minutes so I force shutdown my computer. In my HP support assistant application it says there is a BIOS update available and its labeled as important. However, when I try updating it says on the action log that the installation failed. I tried it 3 times in total. Please help.
