I have an old laptop that I was going to use while my other is getting repaired. Hasnt been used in years and decided to take it back to factory because it was full of junk. I ran system restore and now it keeps showing restoration incomplete. I can't get it to pull up recovery manager at boot, can't get it to do anything except show me the restoration incomplete with the save log, details, and retry options at bottom
I have attached the details that it gives me.

Did you try the cloud recovery that your laptop supports?
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is an application developed by HP. It enables customers to access a digital download of their recovery media and create a bootable USB drive (Minimum 32GB) to recover their units back to factory status.
Download tool here Microsoft StoreFor further information about this tool, click on the following link.
==========make sure you can pass diagnostics first------------
Press F2 to run diagnostics.
If a component fails during the UEFI diagnostics then it needs to be replaced. Do not attempt to update the BIOS if memory or disk show errors.
Press F10 and go into the BIOS setup and press F9 or the key that sets the BIOS default. Check that the date and time are correct. Ensure that secure boot is enabled, then press F10 and be sure to save when exiting the bios setup.
You will need a 32gb flash USB and about an hours time to do the cloud restore.
