How can I install Bliss OS?

 

I want to dualboot Windows and BlissOS how can I install it? i've installed the latest version of BlissOS, BlissOS GO V-15.9.2

how can i install it I also used rufus and partition settings i know to use F9 to go to the Boot options and select USB drive, it loads but if i want to install it on another partition, if I click Install to Harddrive it reboots to windows and i've tried every thing that includes changing all Bliss 15 versions

is there any solution for this?
