I replaced my hard drive and I'm looking for install instructions for my boot discs I just ordered, but don't see any on the forum for my HP 110-023W desktop . My original OS was Windows 8, but upgraded to Windows 10.

If these "boot disks" were HP Recovery Media, the process is simple. When you get the disks, insert the first disk in the CD/DVD drive and boot the PC.
Simply then follow the directions for inserting each of the other disks, in turn.
You should note that these disks reformat the hard drive, removing everything on it, and restoring it to its original condition.
If these are not HP Recovery Media, we can't help you and you will then have to contact the supplier of the disks for instructions.
Good Luck
