Read this first

and try the diagnostics "f2" to be sure the disk drive is OK

Is that message from the diagnostics before windows starts or from a windows troubleshooter after windows starts?

Before windows starts

Thank you.,

I suspect the message "cannot find the network" means your system cannot get online.  If you connect to your modem using an ethernet cable does that error message go away?  I am guessing the diagnostic app does not have the ability to connect using Wi-Fi as only windows has the Wi-Fi password.

Did the hard drive diagnostic pass?  Your disk drive needs to be working before windows can be fixed.

Back to your original problem

Does windows startup and then report and error?  Does it say it cannot find an operating system?

Do you see any of the following https://www.groovypost.com/howto/fix-windows-10-wont-boot-startup-repair-bootrec/

Things to try first

do the startup repair

try the system restore if startup fails

Post back here what happens.

if worst comes to worst then you can re-install windows and ask that it preserve all your documents.
