I need password to access my desktop with system disable code [i 84712065]

Hi everyone my hp notebook with model 15-ay053nr just started asking for administrator password/Power on password which I have I not set. I somehow managed to go to the desktop and tried updating the bios with sp98131.exe. After the update the notebook ceases to boot at all with the bios update repeating and also the password issue still exist. When I tried entering anything into the space provided by three attempts I get system disable code [i 84712065] any help Please?
