I need to update bios, chipset, and audio from hp website to my pc (I uninstalled audio because I lost audio on Zoom)

Dear Lizulu,

 Unless you disabled Audio in the BIOS, you do not need to do this to restore it.

 

 If you did do it in BIOS, just go back into the BIOS and select "Default", then save, exit and reboot ... then run Windows "Update" to restore any drivers.

 

 If you did not disable it in BIOS ... Just run Windows Update (restore drivers).

 

 Further - in Cortena/type search - Type: Device Manager

In Device Manager select Audio and enable - if disabled, then shutdown/log-off and restart.
