HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b245se
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a Recovery Media on a USB drive.

I go to page --- https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-27-b200-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/193905...

After I enter my credit card info and press NEXT.  The page just goes away and the order is never processed.

How can I successfully order this recovery media?

Thanks

Hi:

Since I don't work for or represent HP, I wouldn't be able to help you with that, but you may want to consider making your own HP recovery media using the Cloud recovery tool.

It will only cost you for a 32 GB USB flash drive instead of $50 - $60 for the recovery media you are having a problem buying.

If your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

You can check if your PC is supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link  below...
