If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.
Based on the hardware it came with, it was made sometime in 2010 and came with W7 32 bit.

The only suggestion I can offer, if you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on your PC's case would be to download the W7 Professional 32 bit English (US) ISO file from the link below and see if it works with the product key your PC has.
The link will be good for 24 hours from the time of this reply.
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable, or you can use a free utility such as Rufus to do this.

After W7 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
