I have a desktop HP Pavilion 595-p0132no (from 2019) that I would like to do a factory reset of. It seems as my Windows installation is corrupt and other system reset alternatives does not work. I have no personal files or apps that I have to save so a factory reset is fine. Digital license for Windows.
I have run all HP hardware tests available on the desktop without any problems detected so I assume I do not have any problems with the hardware. My problems probably started with register problems (after our son played on it and did hard close downs a few times)) and then it got even worse after failures of reinstallaing Windows 10 (downloaded to usb)....
As I understand I need to use HP Recovery Tool. I don't have it on the desktop so I assume I need to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool. Or have I misunderstand it?
However, I cannot identify a product number that is correct/approved/valid.
The desktop serialnumber is [Personal Information Removed]
Looking in to the product specification on hp.se (and logged in) i get product number 6PW86EA which does not be valid for using HP Cloud Recovery. I have no labels on the desktop in addition to the label with the serial number.
What is my valid product number (including a #?) and can I use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to do a factory reset including Windows 10 etc? (assuming by downloading to usb from other computer and then plug the usb into the desktop that I want to factory reset)
Appreciating any help to get the desktop working again! Thanks beforehand

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is no guarantee at all and what you get is an old Windows version that has to be updated
So you better download the latest Media Creation Tool (MCT) (21H2) from Microsoft and make a clean installation. Then you have an updated system and after some driver updates you are ready

Thanks for feedback.
Initially, I did try to do a clean installation of Windows 10 with downloaded software but I fail edto install it. I might have chosen the wrong partition to install it the first time and now it seem that I have multiple Windowsinstallations - or is it even possible??
I have/had the following partition to choose from:
Enhet 0: Partition 1: DATA
Enhet 1: Partition 1: SYSTEM
Enhet 1: Partition 2; (MSR, Reserved)
Enhet 1: Partition 3: Windows: (Primär)
Enhet 1: Partition 4: Windows RE Tools (Återställning/Recovery)
Which one is the correct one to use?
After installation i did not understand what OS/Windows to use? Got a selection of different options identified as e.g volume 4 the and not mapped to the unit/enhet i selected for the installation.. I chose the suggested one but it fails... (irql_not_less_or_equal)
That why iI wanted to try a factory reset.
But I did fail to run the Recovery manager from the usb prepared by using HP Cloud Recovery tool. It did not even start when booting from the usb- crashed with error irql_not_less_or_equal...
I guess I have something wrong with drivers for the grapic card (GeoForsce or maybe the new screen for gaming). The desktop had not been used during a year,

You have 2 disks
Disk 0 is your Data Disk
Disk 1 is your Windows Disk GPT/UEFI
Partition 1-4 belong to the Windows Installation
Your Windows installation is on Disk 1 / Partition 3
But, you have a working system and all you have to do is a "Inplace-Update"
Copy the Files from the "Media Creation Tool" or the ISO to a folder (WIN21H2) on disk 0 (Data) and just click on setup.exe
You get a brandnew (19044.1379) (from today) Windows!
Prepare this before you run the setup.exe:
run cmd (admin) and type in these 2 commands
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Edit: (When running setup.exe disconnect your internet )
