Imminent HD failure

HP Recommended
HP ENVY Recline TouchSmart 27"-k309 All-in-One Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get this notice after using the diagnostic test: 

I have a USB with an HP back up, but I am not sure if I have done the back up, but I don’t know if I did it correctly.
I did try to create a back up with macrium, but that did not work for me.
I suppose the HP backup is only for system files.
Is this failure fixable or should I replace the HD right away?

The code you are giving does not seem to be correct!
But if you have a disk failure, it is that it is defective
In some cases, a complete reinstallation of windows may work!
But the drive can permanently fail at any time
So you can try reinstalling windows, if not, you will have to replace it
