The product specs for your PC indicate that it came with W8 from HP.

Here's how you can install W10:
Use the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below to create a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After you boot from the installation media, and get past the 'Install Now' screen you will be asked a couple of questions:
Select the version of W10 you want to install (select W10 Home 64 bit).
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet.
After W10 has completed installing, I believe you don't need any drivers, except if the audio doesn't work (which happens frequently in PC's with the IDT audio chip and no W10 driver support), download and install this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model HP desktop PC that has W10 driver support.
