I have a All in One HP Pavillian computer purchased Oct 2016. It says I can't download Windows 11 because of no TPM.
I know Intel has a PTT security device that needs to be enabled. I looked all over my BIOS and can't find it.
Please tell me how to locate it with easy to understand instructions.
Thanks
Ron

Your machine is actually more than 6 years old, it does not have TPM chip. By the way, Windows 11 supports Intel Gen 8 and above processors and your machine with current processor does not meet Windows 11 requirements.
If you wish, you still can install Windows 11 on your machine using
Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements
