My 😧 drive (internal) was showing up in Windows Explorer, but no files could be read from it. I restarted my computer, and now there is an entry in the "Quick access" folder with "D:\" and a question mark icon next to it. The drive does not show up under "This PC".

Hi

Sometimes a 😧 drive is created as a Recovery Area and not intended for any other use.  Is this what you mean?
