Is it possible to recover my data I deleted without backup?

I thought I had my back-up but didn't. I did a factory reset and then realized I didn't have a back-up. Is it possible to recover my deleted documents, pictures, etc?

So, yes, and no...
Above all, do not install anything, no updates, no installation of other programs...
no SSD drive defragmentation or optimization..
that said, not done any tests with ssd, so I don't know if the success rate is different..
You must therefore try some specialized programs, personally, I had only tried free ones..
It will preferably require an external medium, in order to copy the result there if it works
This type of program is generally quite easy to use, but not 100% effective
I had recovered different data depending on the tested software
