If we look at this one, original under Windows 10, unless it has been modified, the boot security must be original

ll HP computers manufactured with Windows 10 come with Secure Boot enabled by default. If you upgraded to Windows 10 from an earlier Windows version, you can use Secure Boot only if an AMI BIOS version 8 compatible with UEFI is available for the computer. Go to HP Desktop PCs - Updating the BIOS or HP Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS for additional information.

You must have UEFI mode to support Secure Boot. If you have that, when you press F10 to get into the settings, you will get full-screen graphics with things you can click. IF all you get is a bunch of text, you have BIOS -- and that does not support Secure Boot.
