ok. so my pc crashed.. what I mean by that, is, it was freezing up, and the icons in emails and other things, wouldnt show up. so call ed HP smart friend, (SF) and they did a restore.. BUT the restore froze. called back, and they tried other things.. long story short, they said my files were corrupt. so, i took harddrive to geek to back up data.. the geek (office depot) told me to download an ISO file to try and get my pc up and running.. Now, heres where things screw up. I tried downloading the file (4.9GB) on a usb 32gb, and it said that the file was to big to put on usb. ugh!! I was told by SF, to get windows 10 dvd. I CANT FIND OUT HOW TO GET IT ANYWHERE!!!!!! and to top it off, I'm using a pc with windows vista, to which everything is sooo slow. can anyone help me ASAP???

Sorry, but HP does not supply Windows OS in DVD form. They do supply something called Recovery Media, and that is sometimes a set of DVDs, but those are for specific DVDs and they would not have it for your PC.
You could try online sites like NewEgg to see if they still sell Win10 in DVD form.
