I am working on the website [edited] I tried restarting my HP laptop and router to fix the issue, but the problem persists—what should I do next?

Since restarting your HP laptop and router didn’t resolve the issue with accessing website, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

1. Check Network Settings

  • Ensure your laptop is connected to a stable internet connection.
  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and Ethernet to see if the issue persists.

2. Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

  • Open your browser settings and clear cache and cookies.
  • Restart the browser and try accessing the website again.

3. Try a Different Browser

  • If the issue is browser-specific, test the website on Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

4. Disable VPN or Proxy

  • If you’re using a VPN or proxy, disable it temporarily and check if the website loads.

5. Flush DNS & Reset Network

  • Open Command Prompt as administrator and run the following commands:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
  • Restart your laptop and try again.

6. Check Firewall & Antivirus Settings

  • Some security software may block certain websites. Temporarily disable them and test access.
