Product: OMEN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am just received my OMEN but I can’t get the top keys to work. F1-f12. when I do tap them nothing happens. I would like them to work, but don’t know what to do.

If these Function keys also have other functions, then you would have to press a "Fn" key while pressing a Function key to get it to work properly.
