Please..How can I use the bleu characters of the keyboard ?I tried a lot of ways like : alt, ctrl + alt, on the left or ride side.

I did not succeed..

First off, you posted this in the DESKTOP section, so that does not help.

 

Second, we need the laptop product number in order to provide any assistance.
