After the latest BIOS update I am unable to get into my computer.  I'm locked out!!  It doesn't recognizes my name but not the password.  Granted, I have lost thatinformation.  I tried to change the PW but was not allowed.  Please help!  I use this computer for work.  

Suggestions please!

Hi,

 

Not clear if you have a BIOS password problem or a Windows password problem. A BIOS update should not adversely affect either. A BIOS update would set the PC back to BIOS defaults which would be no password requirement to enter the BIOS.

 

Anyway, this forum does not provide password assistance. You will have to sort this out.
