Hello, and thank you for your help. Last year, my mom passed away suddenly from Covid-19. It's very strange that the password I knew didn't work, and I am unable to login to her HP desktop computer (Windows 10). My mom had a small business, and handled the family finances from this computer,
What can or should I do? I have inherited her "estate" and have all the necessary documents.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
