Product: HP Pavilion Touchsmart 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I'm trying to figure out how to get factory system image disks for my Pavilion Touchsmart 23. Had corrupt HDD, installed new HDD and I would like to be able to get it as close to factory as possible again, for it was a sturdy machine that had no issues until the HDD. I know I can just reinstall Windows 8.1 (I have the disk for it). But I lost the factory recovery partition and well all the factory software that was installed on it originally. Kinda bummed. any help would be appreciated as I cannot find any info on the house support site.

You may be able to order W8.1 recovery media for your PC by entering the full model number or product number in the search window at the link below.

 

https://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en

 

Then select the W8.1 operating system on the driver page, and if you can order recovery media, it will be the last item on the driver page.
