Product: Pavilion 14-ce-151
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After losing Support Assistant on laptop after updating to Windows 11, have tried to download latest version which  comes up with sp136727.exe to open, but  then tells me that this download is incompatible with my system and  I can download a legacy version (probably supported  ? ), but where do I go for this legacy version  and would it  be supported - I am given no reference as to this.  Perhaps someone can assist  please

hi have windows 11 and hp support Version 9.12.43.0 ! sp136727.

https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/help/hp-support-assistant

Requires Windows 10 RS4 or higher.

If you received an incompatible operating system message during HP Support Assistant installation, please download and install the Legacy version

 

Try, but normally for an earlier version of what is shown, seems to me

Many thanks, just downloaded the legacy with no problem and then clicked on New version available and followed that through again no problem.
