HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b070na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was having problems with Windows 10 so decided to do a factory reset. Just after it had wiped my hard drive something went wrong so now I have a blank hard drive with no system. The OEM Recovery partition is still there but I have no Idea how to get to it. I have tried downloading Windows 10 ISO from microsaft but when its installing it stops and says it cannot continue into the next phase of installation. Has anyone any idea how I can get my system back. Thank you

Hi:

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You will need to use another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer to create the recovery media and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

Thank you so much for your help. I didn't even know the HP cloud recovery tool was a thing.

It took quite a while but worked perfectly.

Thank you again.
