Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-1127c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have two identical HP Pavillion Desktop computers, product number 9ED95AA#ABA with identical problems. They each have an HP PLDS DVDRW driver, model number DU8AESH. They're showing two drivers installed, cdrom.sys and PxHlpa64.sys. The PxHlpa64.sys driver is preventing Memory Integrity to be turned on. Is there a way to remove the Corel driver, version 3.01.01.0, or upgrade it so that Memory Integrity can be turned on? Or can the driver be removed and can I use the stock Windows driver, cdrom.sys only? Also, in File Explorer, my DVD drive shows up as a duplicate entry, both having the same driver letter. Thank you.
