Greetings @lakefxbiz
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Based upon the info you are providing it sounds like your PC may have a faulty memory module. But blue screens can also be caused by driver problems or operating system corruption. It is unclear if a hardware problem exists at this time.
Bad memory usually elicits a POST beep error code or a blinking LED error code. The PC will not load Windows when this happens.
You would get better Forum assistance by providing a specific HP PC Product number.
Access the MB. Remove and reseat the memory modules. Try to start the PC again.
You may need a new memory module if the above procedure does not help or if your PC has only one memory module. Try this memory module in each memory slot if your PC only has one memory module.
If your PC has two or more memory modules, try each memory module, one at a time, in each memory slot. One of the memory modules may have failed. Try to start the PC again, each time, as you try each memory reconfiguration.
You can get compatible memory modules at Crucial Memory. Use the Crucial Scanner.
HP may have replacement memory but you would need to provide a specific PC product number to check for HP replacement memory modules.
Regards

Greetings @Vic252
Thanks for the product number.
I checked HP Part Surfer using the product number.
I did not see a memory module purchase option for your PC.
Crucial Memory would be your best option.
