After a Windows update, there are a couple system error messages from radeoSoftware.exe and node.exe saying thatthe code execution could not proceed because WINMM.dll is not found. in addition the settings do not open, I cannot launch the browsers or other software and I do not have access to OneDrive. The computer also is not restarting in the recovery mode, it always go back to the Windows page (tried 4 different methods including the shift+power, the functions F4, F5 or F11 , the command from the command promp and pressing the power button to restart 3 times as windows is starting) I try to do a SFC /scannow and a dism /restore health as I found on the microsoft website as solutions but nothing help. I am running out of ideas.
