HP Recommended

I just finished a move and set up my desk, when I plugged my monitors in both posted their bios screen and went to sleep. When I plugged in and turned on my computer both monitors came on and looked normal but when I signed in to windows my screen stayed black with a lit backlight. Both monitors are being detected because my desktop moves if I unplug the display port but not I can’t see the built in menu on the monitor to try switching inputs. Is it broken? I swear it had just showed me the HP omen screen
