My desktop Bios have Lost serial number(removed content) and model number (A6610T)also lost , I read at internet i get DMI tools and snzero.exe ,

But nothing work for my desktop, One of error show "I2C eeprom not support(Atmel chip)".I also try F10 and ctrl+A also not work on my model.How can i do?,Last time one of my laptop change new motherboard it can use DMI tools .Now i can't use Hp support assistant and update.

Hello,

 

This is called branding, once a authorised HP technician can brand it with the branding tool, or a HP partner who has access to this tool,

 

so only way is to contact hp

Yes you right , I have some branding tool, it not working for my desktop , it work on laptop motherboard , but now I try test with windows retail version (testing for this version can generate self serial number or not)if it can do, I can do update without oem .thanks for answer.
