Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All have been ran as administrator, CMD /k wont help either. getting 2 error messages on every PC start-up. files cant be located in system dynamic libary. 

 

Cause of this ive tried to use DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth            sfc /scannow   in CMD prompt ran as administrator.

 

cmd keeps closing.

Yea, the one thing that helped me in the past once related to your issue, was to create a CMD shortcut.
