I am trying to make a cloud recovery usb for my desktop so i can get all of HP's preinstalled software on it again but it literally cant find the device i own on it

Hi:

 

When I add the USA country code after the product number, the cloud recovery tool tells me it is supported.

 If I put the UK country code after the product number, it tells me the PC is not supported.

So, the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the USA country code and manually enter it in the Recovery tool search window, and the Cloud recovery tool will let you make the recovery drive.
