Is there other options i bought this computer in 2019. used it 4 times an then bam black screen i new less than i do now an put it up for parts. saw it again 2 wks. ago. With little more knowledge in me. couldn't see screen so bran HDMI to tv. Started it up an it right from the start went to repair an diag screen then to the blue repair option screen an I've been stuck there ever since. Which lead me to yall. An now to the point its not acknowledge my product id out of warranty. Why pay for a warranty on some thing that didn't work 4 times. Sorry frustrated. Please help
