The other day I was trying to free up space in my pc so I could update a game and then while updating the game my pc turned off. When I tried turning it back on there was a blue screen error code saying that it ran into a problem and that it was going to restart my pc. When it did a lighter blue screen appeared with the headline Automatic repair and giving me the options of restarting my pc again or going into advanced settings. First I tried restarting my pc and it did both and then I went into advanced settings and there were more options like turn off pc, use a device and troubleshoot. I already tried turnoff pc, I don’t know if I have a device to repair it and then I went into Troubleshoot. It gave the options to reset my pc keeping or removing my files and when i press either it doesn’t work. It also gave me the options Startup Repair, Uninstall Updates, Startup Settings, Command Prompt, UEFI Firmware Settings and System Restore. What should I do?

If your PC's hard disk was too close to maximum capacity, the OS probably crashed.
System restore won't work either since there is no virtual memory available. Virtual memory is swap space on the hard disk.
I do believe you are at a point where you should consider reinstalling Windows.
