Hi. So, when I open my PC a blue screen welcomes me with a message:

 

Recovery

Your PC couldn't start properly

 

A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.

 

Error code: 0xc000000f

 

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), please contact your PC provider/Device manufacturer.

 

PLEASE HELP ME, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I understand that you are getting bluescreen.

 

In that case, you have to perform the system recovery. Please refer to the below link.

Note: performing the recovery you will lose the personal data and installed application.

According to the failure code, the issue with the hard drive. The part has to be replaced.

 

I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
