HP ALL-IN-ONE PC

Help! I was on my PC logging in for my school account for the morning then, my PC made a frying sound. Some faded lines popped up on the screen. I changed the wire and it still happened. I have had USB in all USB sockets at the time maybe it was an overload but I need it resolved PRONTO.

I understand your concerns -- but realistically, what is it you expect US to do to resolve this?  Sounds to me like the monitor shorted out in some way, and that is a hardware failure -- which we here can do nothing at all about.

If the PC is still under warranty, you could look into getting the monitor replaced -- but that is something YOU would have to do yourself, as we have no way to assist in that.
